Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a lovely and modern design. The service was professional but could be more attentive. The location is great, close to Worcester center. The dining experience was average. The facilities are well-maintained.
I absolutely loved staying here! The hotel had a shabby chic style that perfectly matched the building. The Deputy General Manager was excellent, and the room was beautifully themed, blending the old and the new seamlessly.
The hotel surprised us with our own living space and a huge bathroom, although the bed size was a bit small for the spacious room. The breakfast was cooked exceptionally well, and we received an informative tour from Mark Sherwood. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and polite. The location was peaceful and impressive, although it could use some improvements for small groups and couples. The dining experience had its flaws with limited options. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights.
